Shipping Partner
All orders placed through Marvels Bazaar are fulfilled and delivered by our trusted logistics partner, Zambeel, ensuring reliable delivery throughout the UAE.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available).
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 1–3 business days

Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Other Emirates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs regulations (if applicable), or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible areas within the UAE, subject to service availability.

Repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address or contact number is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or cancelled. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the order may be returned. Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
Currently, Marvels Bazaar ships within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time.
